It is very clean, with some minor scratches and scuffs from normal use, but I think it's in very good condition. Please check the photos, as I have uploaded multiple images for your reference.
[Optics]
There is a slight amount of dust and fungus in the viewfinder, but it does not appear to affect visibility at all.
[Operation]
I have purchased a 4LR44 battery and tested the operation.
Shutter: Although it's difficult to say precisely, the shutter fires at each speed. The shutter operates for 1 second at the "1" setting and 8 seconds at the "8" setting, so the operation seems good. Also, when the shutter button is half-pressed, the exposure meter in the viewfinder operates smoothly. This also seems to be working fine.
